The story

Answers are cheap now. Understanding is not.

Large language models changed how we learn. You can ask almost anything and get a fluent answer in seconds. But an answer you read once rarely becomes yours: it scrolls past, and next week you could not explain it.

Eigma started from that frustration. Its builder kept having conversations full of things worth keeping, and kept losing them. Notes piled up; understanding did not.

So Eigma measures itself differently. Not by how much you store, but by how much you can still explain next month. It files what you learn into a wiki you own, shows it as a globe you can explore, and brings it back right before it fades.

Knowledge you actually own. That is the whole idea.
