Deleting your data

Delete it yourself, in the app
Open Eigma, go to Settings, then Account, and use the delete option at the bottom of that screen. It asks you to type a confirmation word first, because it cannot be undone. You do not need to ask us and you do not need to wait for us.
What deletion removes
Your account, the cloud backup of your knowledge base, anything a connected assistant has queued in your review inbox, any pending change drafts, and every assistant's authorisation to reach your account. Once it is done we hold nothing that identifies you.
What is on your own device
Your wiki also lives in the browser you used it in, and that copy is yours to remove: clearing the site data for my.eigma.app deletes it. Deleting your account does not reach into your device, and clearing your device does not delete your account. Do both if you want both gone.
Take a copy first if you want one
Deletion is permanent and we cannot bring your pages back. Before you delete, you can export the whole wiki from Settings as a file you can import again later, or as a PDF. It costs one click and there is no way to undo not doing it.
The one thing that is not tied to your account
We keep a short diagnostic row for each request a connected assistant makes, so we can tell why a connector call failed. Those rows carry no account link, so deleting your account does not reach them; they are deleted automatically within 30 days of being written. The privacy page lists exactly what is in one.
If you would rather we did it
Email support@eigma.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it and confirm when it is done. Using the button in the app is faster, and it does not require you to trust us to get around to it.
